Switch between two 8K HDMI 2.1 sources on a single display with a simple top-mounted button press — no remote, no configuration, no external power supply required. The KanexPro SW-2X18K is an ultra-compact 2×1 HDMI switcher that delivers 48Gbps bandwidth and 8K@60Hz 4:4:4 resolution in a palm-sized form factor. USB-powered and plug-and-play, it is the simplest way to add a second HDMI source to any 8K or 4K display.
Compliant with HDMI 2.1 and HDCP 2.3, the switcher supports 8K@60Hz 4:4:4, 4K@120Hz 4:4:4, and all HDR formats including HDR10, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, and HLG. VRR, ALLM, and FVA optimize gaming performance. Auto-switch detects active input automatically; manual override via the top button. Built-in equalizer and driver maintain signal integrity. Plastic enclosure measuring just 60 × 60 × 12 mm and weighing 31 g, powered by USB 5V at 1.25W max.
